Deliveries can be made anywhere in NY to all forms of residential properties, short and long-term.
Due to NYS guidelines, all delivery orders must be PREPAID via ACH. Currently, Holy Buds uses AEROPAY. See below for payment instructions.
Deliveries cannot be made to public buildings (libraries, museums, recreational facilities, public spaces, or to vehicles).
Customers must be 21+ with a valid ID presentable at time of delivery.
If you will not be home, please upload the ID (at checkout) of the 21+ customer receiving the order. The ID must match the recipient at delivery.
If you are paying using ACH, please create an AEROPAY account and follow the prompts. You will receive a confirmation once the withdrawal is successful. Please allow up to 3 business days for the transaction to settle in your checking account, although it is typically processed within 1 day. Account creation is only needed on your first purchase; for all future purchases you will simply need to login to AEROPAY at checkout.
